What The Pros Are Saying

“My name is Victor and I have been servicing more than 80 swimming pools for over 10 years. After trying the best pool products in the world, for me, yours are the best. The last thing I bought was the pole.”

“I have used ProTuff nets for 5 years. I own and operate a pool service company in San Antonio, TX — I service 30 residential pools and two commercial junior-Olympic pools weekly. That is 1,664 pools cleaned annually, and I have only made two warranty claims in those five years. ProTuff products, hands down, are the best in the industry, and the warranty is everything they portray it to be. Keep making great products, ProTuff — I will keep buying them!”

“I have a pool route and really give these nets a workout. They are easy to manage and hold plenty of debris. With a 100% forever guarantee you can't go wrong — and I can attest to that claim, because I have gotten a couple of replacements over the years. I communicated directly with the President of ProTuff, Mike Kaufman, and he without question sent me brand-new replacements. You can too!”

“I wanted to express my opinion on the ProTuff product line. I personally used the product at home first on my first pool,
and the company has never failed me. Starting, I think, in 2019 with the products- pole, pool net, and later brush- the
products have withstood residential use. And as they express, the warranty is a cut above anyone else. My net tailed,
and within days I received a replacement at ZERO cost, sent without delay the same week I called. I will never own a
pool without this product on site”

“We've been using ProTuff pool products for years, and our experience has consistently been outstanding. Not only are their products reliable and high quality, but their customer service is truly second to none.

A special thank you to Pam White, who always goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to helping customers make a tremendous difference. It's rare to find someone who is as dedicated and knowledgeable as Pam. What sets ProTuff apart is that they truly stand behind their products. Whenever we've had questions or needed assistance, they've been there to provide support and solutions. That level of service gives us confidence in the products we use and the company we partner with.

We highly recommend ProTuff to anyone looking for quality pool products backed by exceptional customer service. Thank you, Pam and the entire ProTuff team, for your continued support over the years!”

“I use it commercially and recommend it. The warranty is fantastic — I received the net in less than five days after asking for the guarantee. They are amazing.”

“I have used this net commercially for the last 5 years and it is by far the best of any that I have used.”

“Hands down the best net on the market. I use this net for my pool routes and it works like a charm. I use it so often that the product eventually started to fray in places — and the company held true to their word: they had my replacement net already on the way. I will always and only ever buy ProTuff nets!”
